Shipping Policy

We strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed. Unless otherwise stated your order will ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 1pm (PST) on Fridays will be shipped on Monday. For the quickest processing/shipping, we recommend placing orders on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you don’t receive this email with your tracking number, please reach out to our Customer Service team and they will provide you with your tracking number.

  • $18 flat rate EXPEDITED shipping on all orders under $250
  • $12 flat rate upgrade to EXPRESS shipping for all orders
  • $27 flat rate EXPRESS shipping on all orders under $250
  • Local – 1 business day
  • Regional – Up to 3 business days
  • National – Up to 8 business days (remote rural and northern locations may take longer)
  • Local – 1day
  • Regional – 1 business day
  • National – 2 business days (remote rural and northern locations may take longer)

  • All packages will come in discreet packaging.
  • No branding or information about the contents will be visible on the packaging.
  • Wrapped in a plastic tear proof bag with environmentally friendly packing peanuts to ensure your products arrive safely.

  • Canada wide shipping available.
  • We do not ship internationally – sorry!

  • Once a shipping label is created you will receive a tracking number (Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you have not received a tracking number in your inbox).
  • If you do not get your package two days after the expected arrival date, contact us and we will file a trace with Canada Post.
  • If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation which can take up to 2-weeks to complete.
  • Once the package is located you should receive it a few days later.
  • If Canada Post is unable to locate your package we will send you a one-time replacement on that order, free of charge!

  • Shipping delays due to mail delivery interruptions are out of our control and will be assessed case by case.
  • The delivery days listed for Expedited and Express shipping are guidelines provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed by Hush.
  • Expect possible shipping delays during busy online retail times (ie: Black Friday & Boxing Day etc).
  • If the shipping information provided by the customer is inaccurate and results in a package being returned, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping ($18 for Expedited, $27 for Xpress).
